Description
This project has been a long time in the works. I love Bluetooth headsets, and have long wanted to make one that was a bit more aesthetically pleasing, particularly something steampunk.
The design is basically a modded Plantronics Voyager 520, with added brass, leather, gears, and other bits and pieces.

there has to be a way of making a limited number of these a year and maintain the high standards and quality you obviously would want to maintain for such an endeavor. A few variations for formal, casual, or other activities (real or imagined) could be made and displayed in a velvet lined box when not in use and to cause great envy in those lacking such wireless upgrades.
